Frameweld developed a system for American Express to enable the data collection and analysis of Response Cards for its Platinum hotel and cruise properties. Developed on a .nET platform, the system was in strict compliance with American Express hosting and security protocols.
The system will enable managers at American Express to analyze data on customer satisfaction at high-end hotel and cruise properties worldwide. The data can be analyzed based on a number of different criteria in a user-friendly and navigable format.
