NEA Academy is a popular professional development resource for members and serves thousands of users, demonstrating the scalability of our technology. The majority of content is made publicly available by NEA and other content is reserved for members only. Selected courses are available for purchase, and some material is exclusively for national and state affiliate staff. This monitored availability is possible through integration with NEA’s intranet and authentication systems.

We have worked to develop and treat online media in revolutionary ways, maximizing accessibility for all users as a response to NEA’s goal for everyone, regardless of ability and skill level, to gain knowledge and insights from expert presenters. The integrated access to on-demand video with related slides, resources, and transcripts provides a dependable and dynamic learning delivery system. The presentations are fully searchable, allowing users to get the answers they need quickly and efficiently.
